Where Are The Best Rental Locations?
The best beaches and rentals on the right side of the above satellite map are in Central Eleuthera...

The above areas are all on the breezier side of Eleuthera. Long, powdery pink-sand beaches. We just love them.
On the left side of the island -- the calmer and shallower side -- there are interesting beaches and rentals at
Rainbow Bay
in North Central Eleuthera.
Others are just north of Governor's Harbour. And
Ten Bay is south of Governor's.
What's so good about Eleuthera?
There are only a few hotels but... many rentals on
uncrowded, pristine beaches.
Why?...
Because Winter residents - mainly from the US - have their homes for rent. So, it's hand-picked locations. You will enjoy the very advantages the home owners were seeking for themselves.

Central Eleuthera is the center of attraction. It has several stores, banks and quite a number of
Restaurants.
The locals are very friendly. Crime is low... much lower than in Nassau. Eleuthera is safe to explore. It is sparsely populated. Plenty of space and tranquility... crystal-clear turquoise waters and pure air. You'll love it. All in all -- Eleuthera is still untouched by mass tourism. It's called a Family Island because people know each other... and you will feel that family atmosphere, too.
