The villa includes a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a private bath and an attractive loft. At the front entrance there is a very large deck. The water side has upper and lower decks running the width of the house.
Looking at this picture, the kitchen and the dining area are behind you. Turning around you'll see this. The kitchen has a gas stove top in the center island and an electric oven. A dishwasher, microwave and small appliances are available.
The living, dining and kitchen area run the entire 50 foot width of the house. What does that mean? You'll be looking out to the turquoise water all the time.
Now we go up the spiral staircase to the floor where the master bedroom is. Don't you like this comfortable loft? Practically a second living room. It is more casually furnished, has a stereo and a TV-VCR for watching videos. And the wonderful views of Ten Bay.
And here's the master bedroom... It has an AC unit, a king size bed, bath with glass enclosed shower and bathtub. Access to the upper deck is through sliding glass doors.

View from the loft. My wife and I simply like this house for its airy atmosphere and high-end finish. The great room has a 30 foot cathedral ceiling... Quite impressive!
Now down the stairs to the guest bedroom. It has an AC unit, twin beds and a private bath with a glass enclosed shower. Access to the screened porch and the lower deck is through a French door.

About Our Island EleutheraThe local people are extremely friendly and helpful. They are scattered among the 15 or so little towns running the length of the island.Governor's Harbour and Rock Sound are among the two largest towns with the most shopping, services and nearby airports. Ten Bay beach is 9 miles south of Governor's Harbour settlement or 17 miles south of Governor's Harbour airport (GHB) or 20 miles north of Rock Sound. This Eleuthera rental at Ten Bay is part of a small group of homes built adjacent to the beach. You'll be experiencing wonderful sunsets and views. There is excellent snorkeling, swimming and good shelling. Ten Bay is also one of the spots for bonefishing. There are several good restaurants in each section of the island. Fresh fish can be purchased right from the boat, most afternoons in Tarpum Bay and Governor's Harbour. The grocery selections are more limited than in the US since everything has to be brought in by boat. Lobster season runs from August 1st until March 31st.
