And its high standard of quality equipment in and around the house. Where is Eleuthera villa rental Oceanaire located?... Four miles north of Governor's Harbour, on the Atlantic side of Central Eleuthera. This Bahamas villa is ideal for 1 to 2 couples; 6 adults max.
From here you can watch the moon and millions of stars during clear nights. Beautiful! Eleuthera's air is pollution-free and therefore the view from this place is awe-inspiring. I, the owner of this site, live 200 yards from Eleuthera villa rental Oceanaire. So my wife and I know the house and its owners well. Of all the villas in Eleuthera, this one is our favorite because it is secluded and romantic. It's centrally located on the island and most important... The Atlantic beach is one of the best in Eleuthera. Guests at Oceanaire can spend an entire week and see hardly any other persons on the beach. Snorkeling, swimming, fishing and walking is perfect here. The water is crystal clear and has that beautiful turquoise color. We like the fantastic view from the villa which was built in 2006. And Eleuthera villa rental Oceanaire is not only very well equipped but every single room is tastefully decorated. You will feel that the US-owners love their Bahamas villa and have paid a lot of attention to detail. Ceiling fans in every room and on the verandahs along with central air conditioning make this rental villa a favorite place to go, even in the hotter summer months. A great feature of Oceanaire is that you can comfortably stay in three different places, depending on the weather... - Under the sunshade on the deck overlooking the sea, a few steps away from the house

A staircase - 42 steps to be exact - from here is leading straight to the water. It was designed for ease of use, but if you prefer you can take the more gradual sloping public path to the beach approximately 1000 feet away.
Here's a pleasant place to sip a drink in the shade of the house and enjoy the gentle ocean breeze. And if exceptionally there's no wind, you can turn on the outside fan.
Notice the quality of the interior decoration. There's even a binocular on a tripod to watch the cruise ships pass by, far away at night.
Get entertainment from TV, CD's or DVD's. It's a pretty high-end equipment. Great sound!

Second master bedroom with a Queen sized bed. We simply like those well chosen colors. Even the en suite bathrooms are painted this way. They're not pictured here because it's impossible to find the right angle for a photo to really show them. The baths have ample supplies of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, luxury towels and paper products for your entire stay. The bedrooms feature top quality linens, ample closet and storage space, ceiling fans, and alarm clocks... for that last day.

See the house in the lower right corner of this aerial photo? That's Oceanaire. As you will notice, there are a few other homes on the left side. But on the right - invisible on the photo - no homes have been built. For more than two miles you won't find another house on or near the beach. Only brush, the natural vegetation of Eleuthera. But... There's a new restaurant (June 2009) within 10 minutes beach walking distance from Oceanaire. SkyBeachClub is located on the cove in the upper left of the above picture. Suitability
- Eleuthera villa rental Orchid is not suitable for children: Oceanaire is designed as an adult retreat. The verandahs do not have railings that would spoil the view and so toddlers could face a two- to three-foot drop to the ground.
- Minimum age limit for renters: No youth groups, school groups or college groups of any type, whether chaperoned or not, are allowed at Oceanaire.
- Smoking not allowed: Absolutely no smoking inside or on the verandahs is allowed at this Bahamas villa. Any evidence of smoking will result in complete forfeiture of deposit.
- No pets: No pets and no service animals are allowed at Oceanaire. The house is not designed to accommodate handicapped guests who cannot negotiate stairs.
