The view from here is absolutely stunning, particularly the awe-inspiring sunsets over the Exuma Sound which is also known as the Caribbean side of Eleuthera. Gazebo & Caves - The Great Attractions
The gazebo tower and the natural stone walls made out of yellow rock from South Eleuthera are the commanding characteristics of this villa for sale. The stairways and the platform under the caves by the sea are Pierre's creations. He had built them over many years.
Not only is this gazebo very good looking but it's also an ideal area for parties during day and night times. We danced here during a great party while local Bahamians played the steel drum in the gazebo.

Double Garage
The yellow building to the left is the garage. It has two separate doors as well as a bathroom. The master bedroom's porch is to the right. This villa for sale comes with a red Cadillac convertible, 1989, valued at US$ 23,000. It's the last picture in the slide show near the top of this page.
History
A lot of enthusiasm and quality work went into the construction of this unique villa for sale to someone who can appreciate its special qualities.The house was originally built for an American builder in 1992 who left Eleuthera five years later because of a health issue. The present owners Pierre and Gigi redesigned the house completely. Pierre added the gazebo tower, waterfall and sea wall. He is an accomplished craftsman and an inventor who owned a factory in Cananda. Gigi is the administrator and had that function in their Canadian factory. She has very good taste which is visible in and outside of this Bahamas villa. Guest love this place which is the most exclusive one in the Rainbow area of Eleuthera and... ... the subtropical climate in the Bahamas is just ideal.
The studio under the gazebo has it's own lawn. Here we are looking south-east, i.e. the sunsets would be right behind the photographer of this picture.
Beaches In or Near The Rainbow Area
Eleuthera has the best Bahamas beaches no doubt. The island is a real beach paradise. I know because my wife and I have lived here for over 10 years.Rainbow Beach is a sandy one where most visitors home owners of the Rainbow area go. Another fascinating beach - but on the Atlantic side - is Twin Beach with its caves. Or try Gaulding Cay Beach on the Caribbean side, north of Rainbow.
